Earlier the Ontario Government scrapped plans to build a 800 MegaWatt gas-fired plant in Oakville, after <a href=\"http:\/\/sobac.com\/~stopthestink\/2010\/10\/oakville-gas-plant-under-fire\/\" title=\"Oakville gas plant under fire | Stop The Stink In Elmira\">protests from citizens<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Bio-En plant is only a mere 3 MegaWatts in comparison. If the Ontario Government can spend $180 million to move a 300 MW plant, surely it can spend $1.8 million to move a puny 3 MW plant?
