There&#8217;s still no agenda on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bio-en.ca\/clcagendas.html\" title=\"Communications at Bioen Elmira\">Bio-en Communications<\/a> page; hopefully it will be available later today. Also, the minutes from the last meeting are not yet on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bio-en.ca\/minutes.html\" title=\"CLC Meeting Minutes at Bioen Elmira\">Bio-en CLC Minutes<\/a> page either.<\/p>\n<p>Some interesting issues were raised at <a href=\"http:\/\/sobac.com\/~stopthestink\/2014\/03\/notes-from-the-clc-meeting-4-march-2014-by-alan-marshall\/\" title=\"Notes from the CLC Meeting, 4 March 2014 by Alan Marshall | Stop The Stink In Elmira\">the last meeting<\/a>, notably the change in scope of the <abbr title=\"Ontario Ministry of the Environment\">MOE<\/abbr> <a href=\"http:\/\/sobac.com\/~stopthestink\/documents\/moe-documents\/rea-renewable-energy-approval-document\/\" title=\"REA \u2013 Renewable Energy Approval document | Stop The Stink In Elmira\">REA<\/a> to include a wider range of feedstock, a doubling of the allowed truck traffic to 160 &#8220;movements&#8221; per day, and use of the generated biogas as a vehicle fuel.
