To my recollection in all my e-mail correspondence with you when I referred to Woolwich, I meant the proponent \u201cWoolwich Bio-En\u201d and NOT the township; this includes the last sentence in my last e-mail of January 20, 2012 to you I hope this clarifies the issue and much appreciated that you communicate this clarification with your group. <\/p>\n
