\nHi Mr. Holt,
\nAs I said in my previous e-mail, it is the proponent\u2019s decision to select the project location and the MOE through its review will ensure that the proposed project and its location meet the regulatory requirements and that the facility will operate in a way that is protective of human health and the environment. To date the Director has not made an approval decision regarding the proposed Woolwich Bio-En project; therefore neither the project nor the location has been approved yet. <\/p>\n
