The KW Linuxfest will be returning to Conestoga College for its third year! The one-day event will be held on Saturday, 27 January 2018 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The cost to attendees is $10; coffee, snacks and lunch will be provided. The day consists of presentations and/or workshops in the auditorium, with lunch in adjoining cafeteria.

This year, we're adding Exhibitor Information Tables to the presentations, for any groups, companies or organizations working with GNU/Linux, Free Software or Free Culture.

I'd like to invite ''XXXXX Organization Name Here XXXXX'' to participate. We'll provide a table and chairs in the cafeteria, 'XXXXX electrical power XXXXX'' and a quick introduction onstage from you or one of your organizers before the lunch break. ''XXXXX We will also have one free (gratis) pass to KW Linuxfest for a person staffing your booth. XXXXX'' You would provide all the booth materials such as pamphlets, information brochures, product spec sheets, booth decorations like banners and tablecloths, and swag.

Sadly, sales of products are not allowed. ''XXXXX OR XXXXX'' Product sales are the responsibility of the exhibitor (or something)
