Subject: Call For Exhibitors at KW Linuxfest, 27 January 2018
Hello XXXXX Firstname Lastname XXXXX!
The KW Linuxfest will be returning to Conestoga College for its third year! The one-day event will be held on Saturday, 27 January 2018 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The cost to attendees is $10; coffee, snacks and lunch will be provided. The day consists of presentations and/or workshops in the auditorium, with lunch in adjoining cafeteria.
This year, we're adding Exhibitor Information Tables to the presentations, for any groups, companies or organizations working with GNU/Linux, Free Software or Free Culture.
I'd like to invite XXXXX Organization Name Here XXXXX to participate. We'll provide a table and chairs in the cafeteria, XXXXX electrical power XXXXX and a quick introduction onstage from you or one of your organizers before the lunch break. XXXXX We will also have one free (gratis) pass to KW Linuxfest for a person staffing your booth.
