    • Discussion Tables on particular topics
      • Need 2-3 topics to discuss
    • Mike to circulate between tables
    • Facilitator/Notekeeper at each table (one of us)
      • Present summaries to entire group
    • Mike to speak at the end, addresses some concerns
      • Mike/Staff takes along the summaries so all concerns get attention
    • Opportunity for networking with participants
    • Need snacks, beverages
      • Lentil Balls (Bob)
      • Wellesley Apple Cider (Laurel)
      • Refreshments, treats (Ingrid)
    • Signage
      • Has start/stop times
      • Agenda, including an invite to the Social Night at 6:30pm
