WatCamp Sources
These are the sources I use to add events to the WatCamp Calendar:
iCalendar feeds
- Copy'n'paste directly into the WatCamp calendar
Atom/RSS feeds
- Copy'n' paste or retype datetime, location, summary, description &c.
Manually Added
- Alerts with ChangeDetection, Copy 'n' paste, re-type, &c.
Meetup.com
Meetup is a special case. While iCalendar feeds are available for each individual group, they no longer publish an aggregate iCalendar of upcoming events for all groups a user has subscribed to. Instead, only RSVP'd events show in an aggregate iCalendar feed.
This cries out for an independent iCalendar aggregator application...
