KW Linuxfest/Call For Exhibitors
Subject: Call For Exhibitors at KW Linuxfest, 12 May 2018

The KW Linuxfest will be returning for its third year! The one-day event will be held on Saturday, 12 May 2018 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The cost to attendees is $10; coffee, snacks and lunch will be provided. The day consists of presentations and/or workshops in the auditorium, with lunch in or near the Exhibit Hall.
This year, we're adding Exhibitor Information Tables to the presentations, for any groups, companies or organizations working with GNU/Linux, Free Software or Free Culture.
I'd like to invite XXXXX Organization Name Here XXXXX to participate. We'll provide a table and chairs in the cafeteria, XXXXX electrical power XXXXX and a quick introduction onstage from you or one of your organizers before the lunch break. XXXXX We will also have one free (gratis) pass to KW Linuxfest for a person staffing your booth. XXXXX You would provide all the booth materials such as pamphlets, information brochures, product spec sheets, booth decorations like banners and tablecloths, and swag.
Sadly, sales of products are not allowed. XXXXX OR XXXXX Product sales are the responsibility of the exhibitor (or something)
