Found in the bottom of a kitchen cabinet:

Fluffy Cocoa Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sifted icing sugar
  • 1 small egg, unbeaten
  • 5 tablespoons soft butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon milk (or cream) to melt the sugar and make a fluffy frosting
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl in the given order. Stir with a spoon, then beat with a hand beater until creamy.
  3. Refrigerate until it is a thick, creamy consistency

Note

If you are using a large egg add 1/4 cup more icing sugar
