Found in the bottom of a kitchen cabinet:
Fluffy Cocoa Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cup sifted icing sugar
- 1 small egg, unbeaten (Note)
- 5 tablespoons soft butter
- 3 tablespoons milk or cream
- 4 tablespoons cocoa, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
- Heat 1 tablespoon milk (or cream) to melt the sugar and make a fluffy frosting
- Place all ingredients in a bowl in the given order. Stir with a spoon, then beat with a hand beater until creamy.
- Refrigerate until it is a thick, creamy consistency

If you are using a large egg add 1/4 cup more icing sugar
