  • There are delays with the Website (VPS problems)
  • KW Linuxfest/Call For Exhibitors will be delayed until 1 October 2017
  • Colin to send out Call For Sponsors
  • Website content being worked on by volunteers at Vehikl
  • Venue will be confirmed within the next week
    • Additional administrative hurdles means we probably won't use the Conestoga College location again
  • Marc will submit the grant application as soon as venue is confirmed
    • Marc also has some grant-submitting software (will this be available to KW Linuxfest?)
  • Calendars and schedules are online, see KW Linuxfest#Organizational_Schedule_.28tentative.29
    • Bob to send e-mail with Nextcloud registration info
    • Bob to create additional meeting agenda pages on the Wiki
  • We should have a code of conduct. Please post links to samples at KW Linuxfest/Code of Conduct and we'll work on one for our next meeting
