• There are delays with the Website (VPS problems)
  • Bob Jonkman will temporarily host aliases (eg. mailto:info@kwlinuxfest.ca -> colin.j.mills96@gmail.com
  • Bob will alsw set up a temporary mailing list mailto:organizers@kwlinuxfest.ca
  • Colin Mills will redirect the MX record for kwlinuxfest.ca to sobac.com
• KW Linuxfest/Call For Exhibitors will be delayed until 1 October 2017
  • This lets us determine what funds we have from sponsors to allow complimentary lunches for exhibitor staff
  • Bob has contacted Digital Freedom Foundation, will contact Free Software Foundation (through LibrePlanet Ontario) and Hacker Public Radio
  • Exhibitors will have Information Tables, not Vendor Booths (ie. no sales)
  • We will provide some extension cords and power bars (will Conestoga Facilities help?)
• Colin to send out Call For Sponsors
• Website content being worked on by volunteers at Vehikl
• Venue will be confirmed within the next week
  • Additional administrative hurdles means we probably won't use the Conestoga College location again
• Marc will submit the grant application as soon as venue is confirmed
  • Marc also has some grant-submitting software (will this be available to KW Linuxfest?)
• Calendars and schedules are online, see KW Linuxfest#Organizational_Schedule_.28tentative.29
  • Bob to send e-mail with Nextcloud registration info
  • Bob to create additional meeting agenda pages on the Wiki
• We should have a code of conduct. Please post links to samples at KW Linuxfest/Code of Conduct and we'll work on one for our next meeting
