While the Ministry of the Environment hasn’t changed the application status for Woolwich Bio-En (still “Received and screening for completeness”), the URL for the Web page has changed to
http://moe-bioen.notlong.com [This is a URL redirect to the MOE web page]
As a result, the Change Detection change log URL has also changed to https://www.changedetection.com/log/notlong/moe-bioen/index_log.html.
The URLs have also been corrected on the previous blog entry, MOE Web site for Bio-En is updated
I don’t know why the Ministry URL keeps changing, but I don’t think it’s a deliberate effort to throw us off the chase. I suspect a poorly coded database application at the Ministry.

[Update 4 June 2011: Another URL change. Links above have been updated]
[Update 19 June 2011: Another URL change. Links above have been updated]
[Update 1 July 2011: MOE status changed to "Under Technical Review"; URL changed again too. Links above have been updated]
[Update 4 July 2011: Enough already. The URL on the MOE site has changed again, so I’m creating a URL redirect: http://moe-bioen.notlong.com and the Change Detection Log is https://www.changedetection.com/log/notlong/moe-bioen/index_log.html — these URLs should be consistent even if the MOE changes its URLs again.]
