CLC Meeting held Nov 21/12 7:00pm @ 4 Arthur St N

Get acquainted and establish positions, review Draft Terms of Reference, set meeting dates.

Earl Brubacher will be the Chair Person; this will be revisited/reappointed in 6 month.

Vic Chair; Doug Thomas

Secretary; Woolwich Bio-en will supply

Some reports / plans / documents that Woolwich must prepare for MOE will be circulated prior to submitting to MOE for comment.

Quern
2/3 = quern, need majority to pass motion

Monthly mtg scheduled for First Tuesday of each Month starting March 2013

A meeting will be called earlier if there are reports to review

Meeting notices will be circulated min 2 wks in advance

Woolwich will prepare a list of reports / plans / documents that must be prepared for MOE and which ones CLC may comment on.

How we set public feedback, email box etc needs further discussion

A CLC member tour of Leamington site to be arranged for sometime in February if there is interest

Reviewed Draft Terms of Reference, see attached to view suggested changes.
