We wish voice a no vote to locating the bio gas plant in Elmira. Our town council has deemed it an inappropriate site…we do not disagree with the technology but find it unsuitable for the site where it is planned to be. The reasons have been well set out…excess traffic, odors and proximity to schools parks and housing areas.
