Bad News

Well, in a very surprising move the MoE has approved the construction of the Bio-En facility on Martins Lane in Elmira. Below is the web site:

We have 15 days to appeal the decision. Rally the troops. I’ll keep working on what exactly happened since the last news I heard last week was that they were still working to approve a different location.
Signs are still available on Church right next to Bolander Park on the porch of the yellow house.

Dan, are you sure there is opportunity to appeal? From the MoE link you
    provided, it says:

    > The Leave to Appeal Provisions indicated in the section titled “Leave
    > to Appeal Provisions” at the end of the posting *do not apply* to
    > Renewable Energy Approvals issued under 47.5 of the EPA.

    and

    > *Please disregard* the “Leave to Appeal Provisions” section below.

    (*Emphasis* added by me)
